UnMasked: Hollows and Thorns Exhibition

The Butter Factory Arts Centre 11A Maple Street, Cooroy, QLD, Australia

Hollows and Thorns is a unique cross-disciplinary project that involves exhibition and collaborative skill development at the Cooroy Butter Factory Arts Centre. It builds on Sharka Bosakova’s UnMasked project which explores the landscape of our own bodies in an immersive environment open to dialogue, collaboration, and interaction through movement, sound, emotional and cultural experience. The artist on site in a performative interactive context constantly develops the exhibition environment and provides local artists and public with a platform and expressive voice. The project aims to strip away the façade of selfhood.
